This equipment is an Apexing & Flipping system that uses flipper strip to bond the apex and bead ring into one piece by "U"-shaped flpping method, preventing the bead ring from shifting and improving the stability of the process.
It’s a fully integrated system for apex application and flipping on rubberized bead ring. The entire process from apex extrusion, conveying, cooling, storage, application (synchronous action of flipper let-off, application and cutting) to apexed bead collection, storage and trolley transportation is fully automatic. The system is with wide production range, uniform apex application (& flipping) performance for different bead wire size and structure.
The TBR bead U-type flipping machine is a device that fully wraps the bead ring with wide fabric strips through a new U-type flipping method. Its main function is to fix the bead ring via fabric strip flipping, so as to prevent the bead ring wires from scattering or deforming during the vehicle's driving, and enhance the service life and safety of the tire.
