Application
This equipment is mainly used for the bead winding and forming with regular hexagonal, 15° oblique hexagonal, square or other cross-sectional shapes. Via the precise control of winder, wire pay-on device, height adjust and former expansion and collapse mechanism by the four axis servo control system to complete the production of various sections and turns of bead wire. The parameters such as sections or number of turns can be digitally set and modified by PLC and the recipe-driven touch screen.

The adopting of multi pre-casting device and constant speed, constant pressure and constant temperature achieves the uniform rubber coating without scattering or warping of the steel wire.
1. High automation: The entire line is controlled by PLC and driven by servo. Equipped with Zig zag cutter to automatically supply rubber compound. Fully automatic operation without human intervention.
2. High quality: Online display the coated diameter of the steel wire in real time with over deviation alarm function.The tolerance is controlled ±0.05mm. Equipped with two pre-casting device to ensure the wound wire is coated uniformly without warping.
3. High efficiency: The online winding speed can be up to 280m/min.
