3.2  Automatic Green Tire Release Agent Spraying Machine

It is purpose-built to apply release agent to the inner and outer surfaces of tire green tires.The system automatically centers, identifies, and clamps the green tire via the conveying mechanism, moves it to the spraying station for application, dries the coating automatically, then transfers the tire to the unloading station, where the tire-receiving device feeds it onto the output roller table.

It features high-efficiency, uniform spraying with no dead angles, as well as safe, eco-friendly operation with no release agent accumulation or dripping.
