Through the stretching, pressurization and regularheating on the tire bead, making the concentricity of the two bead rings get improved, and eliminating the stress concentration, thereby correcting the bead of the tire, reducing values of RFV and RFV1H and improving the tire quality. The machine can rectify tire without buffing and damaging to tire appearance.There is no indentations and any defects on the appearance of rectified tires.
Tire noise can be effectively reduced by evenly coating the inner wall of the laser-cleaned tire with glue and applying the silent sponge strip.
The inner liner of the finished tire is coated with a layer of polymer nanomaterial after laser cleaning, and the finished tire is self-sealed when being punctured.
Use laser to engrave the sidewall part of the finished tire. The machine is customizable for any font engraving, concave and convex characters, Word, CAD, LOGO or pattern and other files. The use of laser engraving technology can directly replace the fonts and patterns that should be printed on the sidewall through the mold with laser engraving on cured tire. This method maximizes the replacement frequency of mold labels(brand lable, production cycle number lable, etc..), and is more suitable for meeting the customized needs of tire factory and tire dealers or individual consumers, any pattern and text they want to engrave in the blank space on the sidewall is available.
