Application

DLF-SBL series green tire automatic sprayer is mainly used for the separant spraying of the internal (external) of the green tire. The green tire is automatically centered, recognized and clamped by the conveyor mechanism and move to the spray station for spraying. After automatic drying, the green tire is automatically moved to the tire unloading location and transferred to the output roller by the take-away device.

1. High automation: The sensor detects the inner diameter and height of the green tire, and PLC program calculates and controls the spraying nozzle position. The entire line operates without human intervention.

2. High quality: The spraying angle and spraying pressure are controlled by servo. The spraying is uniform without dead corners.

3. High efficiency: Number of working stations can be set according to customer's requirement (Number of working stations: 1-6 stations).
