3, Equipped with spiral jacket type mirror roller, roller surface adopts accurate grinding treatment,smoothness Ra is 0.2-0.4, chrome plating layer thickness is 0.10-0.15mm.
4, The Rotocure line for flat conveyor belt adopts photoelectric control of automatic hydraulic deviation-checking method, the dynamic picture of the correction system and the effect of steel belt correction is displayed on touch screen.
5. The whole line of Rotocure line for flat conveyor belt is controlled by PLC and the main working parameters are displayed and set through touch screen (HMI).
