Tire bead winding system

Produce the bead ring in batch with one single wire(Quantity of single batch and the section shape of bead ring are customizable)

1.Orderly arrangement: Designed with sophisticated winder making high-precision beads. The final bead perimeter tolerance≤±1mm.
2.Upright overlap joint without loose: The pre-bending device with orientation wheel and angle wheel enables the wire get spatial pre-bending. Joint overlap length ≦10mm.
3.Automatic control: PLC control for full line; line speed and temperature are adjustable;automatic bead collecting.

1.High quality rubber coating: The constant temperature and pressure extruder co-working with the degreasing and preheating device ensure the quality of rubber coating on steel wire.
2.Energy saving and environmental protection: Using induction heating device makes no loss of water.
3.High precision numerical control: The winding disk and main components are made by single-shot molding. The radial diameter repeatability of the disk≦±0.05mm.
4.Bead cooling: The winder is equipped with air conditioner blower to cool down the bead temperature quickly, ensuring the finished beads no sticking together.
5.Superior wire arrangement: Servo motor and ZF planetary reducer ensure the wire winding more accurate and stable.
