6. Curing bladder vacuuming system: Normally, the industry sets the waiting time for bladder vacuuming is about 30 seconds. After equipped with a laser detector in our plant, the size of the outer diameter of the bladder can be detected to provide timely feedback on the vacuum status of the bladder. If the detection status is normal, the manipulator will load the tire for curing instead of waiting for 30 seconds, which greatly reduces the waiting time and improves production efficiency.

The structure of press is column type with groove locking. The lower platform is fixed on special rack. The column is assembled in lower platform. The upper platform moves up and down along the column. After each time of opening the mold, driven by the hydraulic cylinder the upper platform rises along the column, and after reaching the top, the upper platform is locked by lock ring. When curing the tire, the upper platform moves down and is locked by lock ring in the setting position , then press start to cure tire.
